Knight Frank provides top-calibre students the opportunity during holidays, to gain practical work experience and develop their real-world skills in an environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
Our mentors will provide these young, dynamic and motivated people with an opportunity to understand Knight Frank's work processes, culture and management style. It also provides Knight Frank the opportunity to assess the intern's performance; evaluating his or her problem-solving skills, extent of academic training and abilities, and the overall fit into the Knight Frank organisation. Upon the completion of a successful internship, full-time employment may be offered before graduation.
In order to be considered for an internship position at Knight Frank, students must meet the following requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a full-time academic program at an accredited college or university
- Maintain a good academic standing
- Pursue a field of study that is consistent with Knight Frank's business needs for intern assignments
